Let's be honest ... we hate sales. Don't get us wrong, we love for customers to save money, but the standard for furniture retailers is to come up with an endless string of sales, which, besides involving a ton of work, can be confusing for customers.
What we've learned over the past decade is that customers simply want to know they are getting the best price and that the item they purchase today won't be on sale at a dramatic discount next week.
In light of the above, we are taking the gloves off over the next six months and launching one simple promotion, which will run through the six busiest months of the year for furniture retailers. We call it 20/10/5.
Beginning May 1, 2024 and extending through October 31, 2024, all customers will receive the following discount levels on new purchases:
20% on in-store products at either of our store locations in Greenville & Senca. Need products fast? Bring a trailer and take that huge Glenda Sectional home with you today. Best of all, you'll receive a 20% discount on your purchase. All sales on floor products are final, with no refunds, returns or exchanges. The only products excluded are overhead lighting & mattresses. Sorry, but we simply can't have the electrician remove products from the ceiling at a discount. And Tempur-pedic/Sealy do not allow dealers to discount their products.
10% on all in-stock products. If you don't want a floor model and it's in stock new in a box at our Greenville Fulfillment Center, you'll receive a 10% discount.
5% on all custom orders. Need to order that Hannah Sectional in a custom fabric? You'll receive a 5% discount on your customer order.
